• The club breaks for school holiday periods. Specific details regarding training breaks will be detailed in the Gym Calender Page.
• All members are asked to help put-out/Clear away for sessions; noting all work by staff is undertaken on VOLUNTARY basis. Many hands make light work, and it's opportunity to get know other people.
